At Pettikadai, we strive to deliver the best quality sweets and snacks to your doorstep. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
- Items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at pettikadaillc@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing your order number and details of the issue.
- Attach photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Perishable goods, such as sweets and snacks, are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Exchanges:
