Return Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
Items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at pettikadaillc@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing your order number and details of the issue.
Attach photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perishable goods, such as sweets and snacks, are not eligible for returns unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Exchanges:
